If you listen to your body, it really does tell you what to do. There's just like this coolest

amount of intuition of listening to your body, listening to your baby. Where does, you know, for me,

where was he? Where did he need to be? It was just really cool to know. Like, I'm just really listening

to him and leaning into what he needs and my body will tell me where to be. But part of going back to

labor practice a little bit, like we had talked about positions

and kind of thinking through what would be good for where and if i stall let's try this and so we

kind of were prepared too with that playbook of like if we need those things we'll pull them out but

in the moment you know you just kind of lean in and listen to your body and do what you feel like

and there's this huge sense of just adrenaline and elation and you know it's just it's so incredible

on the other side of it there's just truly nothing like an unmedicated birth, in my opinion.
