Hello, my level up, friends. I am so excited, as always, to be here with you guys today.

Last week, we spoke about influence. And influence is really

huge, especially if you're in any type of leadership, entrepreneur, like leveling up your life.

Because it's not just, leadership isn't just about professionalism, but it's like how we,

how we empower everyone in our lives for the greater good. Okay. So I'm excited for this week. This week we're going to talk about

character and character traits. And I'm going to go over my top 10. So there's so many

positive character traits. I just pick the 10 that resonate with me the most.

And we're going to go over those today.

Like what are the characteristics, the character that make up a good leader?

Because our goal is to always grow our leadership.

Again, no matter what we do for a living, we're a leader, whether we're leading

our family, whether we're leading a team, whether we're leading people in the professional

world. But we always want to be growing our leadership and our character, who we are,

what we represent, what we stand for, that's huge. Okay. So we're going to go over the 10 positive character traits. Number one,

I love this. I love all of them. That's why I chose them. Honesty and integrity. Here's the thing.

Do what you said you were going to do without honesty, without integrity. Success is simply not possible, regardless of what we do.

This is everything. Number one on my list. Do people trust you? Leaders succeed when they stand

true to their values. Leaders level up when they stand in their beliefs. Being ethical is priceless.
