Okay, okay, I get asked this a lot. Actually, I would say it's in the top five questions that I'm asked as such an avid reader, specifically of self-help non-fiction. I had this article that went viral a few years ago saying

I've read 500 self-help books here are the five lessons that I've surmised from

all of the literature that I've covered over the last, let's say what,

over 23 years now I read my very first self-help book when I was 15.

So in today's episode I'm giving you a round up of some of my favorite books. I joke on my website that one of the worst questions you can ask me is what's your favorite book? It's almost like asking someone who's obsessed with shoes,

like what are your, you know, what's your favorite pair? And look I like shoes and other nice things,

but books for me will always be number one in terms of my joy what they give me what lasts with me and what

I love to talk about frankly I can speak out books for hours and hours and hours so

pence and it changed my life. It's written in 1950s, very American male, this very American male voice, and I loved it then. I love it now.
