Tonight at 7 PM KISW airs its annual event known as I'm listening, a program designed to remove

the stigma associated with talking about mental health. That very program is captained by our very own

VD who painstakingly orchestrated most, if not all, of the elements of this event and captains the

ship as it airs across the nation from Mission Control in New York City.

In the midst of doing all that, he still finds time to give me a helping hand with the intros for the

men's room top ten and seeing as it's national psychotherapy day he did find a

rather fitting topic.

Let's just take a moment to say that therapy doesn't mean you're broken.

It doesn't mean you're broken. It doesn't mean you're weak. It doesn't mean there's anything
