I think it's time we talk about AA. Yeah. I think we definitely should talk about AA because it's the big one.

You've been to meetings. I've been to meetings. I think we should talk about our thoughts and feelings on the meetings. But before we get into all that, when I was doing a little bit of research on AA for this,

like the history of it and stuff, I was kind of shocked to find out it came to be in

Yeah, it like hasn't really been updated much since then either.

It's 80 years old.

It's really old.

Can you imagine that?

But I kind of think that that's what's amazing about it also,

is that it's this 80-year-old, like, grandpa that's still looking out for people.

Yeah. And it's obviously a system that works for many people because since it hasn't changed

that much, obviously there is something that's working for people. Maybe not for me.

Right. I don't hate AA, obviously. I'll go sometimes with friends, just, you know, if I've got time to kill or what have you.

But all in all, it's not my choice of recovery, but it's great from so many people.

And I know a handful of people that have found great success in it.

I would say I went to AA in the beginning of my sobriety because I felt like that's just what you do.
