Good afternoon everybody and welcome to Invest Talk.

It is Friday, October 7th, 2022, and we're in the fourth quarter.

There's no denying that it's been volatile year, very volatile year, one of the worst years

for the S&B 500, one of the worst by the light, in case you're wondering.

Now there's been worse, I'm not saying there isn't, but it is one of the worst years

for the S&B 500.

So I hope your portfolio is balanced and optimized as best you can and taking the proper

risk that makes you feel comfortable with what you're doing.

We're going to talk about that this hour.

Keep in mind there are many things to like about the fall season.

We're in the fall, I love the fall season.

When I lived in the East, I lived in New Jersey for seven or eight years after I graduated

from college and from California, my first real job out of college was in Manhattan.

I really loved the fall, the fall was spectacular.
