Welcome to the General Bander podcast.

It's Tuesday the 10th of March.

We're recording this on a Tuesday when it's supposed to be out on a fucking Tuesday. But you know what? I do what

I want round here and that's the day. I'm not wearing glasses today because I've had enough.

I've had enough for them. You know initially I'm like oh my

eyes are tired looking at screens and then you get the glasses and you go oh this is relief

momentarily and then they get stinking and then you're like can I see better with them or

without them what's going on here I need to get some

fucking contact lenses which in typical Gedis fashion I have ordered and they've lay on the

shop for about a month now.

And they're like, here, just let you know,

your things are available to pick up.

And I'm like, yeah, we'll fucking see.

We'll see how I feel.

And I'll maybe come in and get them done. Once again we are recording from the office at home because

as I've said numerous weeks before this things get in the way and you know I get too

keen for things and I think I think you know I'm going to get things done quickly and I don't so I got the

text from Mickey there it's his birthday today happy birthday to Mickey

she me's not here to plug all of his shows on my podcast which he normally does.
