Are there no steps we can take as a nation to prevent gun violence?

Or is this just how it is and how it's going to continue to be?

Because when you say, which you always say, now is not the time to talk about it, what

you really mean is there is never a time to talk about it.

And it would be so much more honest if you would just admit that your plan is to never

talk about it and never take any action.

It's interesting.

So Seth Meyers jumped into the political thing last night too.

We've got Jimmy Kimmel who gave a long emotional speech.

We'll play that a little later because I guarantee you people are going to be using that

in this gun argument that we'll be going on.

Well, for the rest of my life, but more pointedly in the next couple of days and weeks.

I found what Seth Meyers said to be ridiculous.

It's just, well, it's factually wrong and it's smug.

From an entertainment standpoint, I just find it interesting that everybody feels like

it's a good idea to jump into this political stuff now when fairly recently nobody would

have thought you ever want to get involved in these divisive political issues.

Well, we will watch it play out.

I guess and more on that to come.
