you know a lot of people in the spring

are one of those people that don't turn their air conditioning on because it's a certain date, which I've always drove me crazy. My mom was out way years ago, but it was like, I don't care what the date is. It's April 15th, and it's 85 degrees outside, turn it on for the day the day you know that kind of stuff uh I'm the

same way the other way in the winter and the fall I realized it was gonna be like 31 overnight

and yeah I'm not gonna turn a heat on but I was went to bed and I was freaking freezing so I went to

bed like with long sweats on that was a bad thing fell Fell asleep. By an hour later, woke it up. Just soaked. Sweating like a pig, man. Sweat like a pig. When you're in a covers, it doesn't matter how cold it is outside the covers. Yeah. You're just, you're fine. Well, you hop in there with sweats and then blankets. You just created a little oven right there.

Because your body heat just radiated.

I mean, I woke up just completely soaked.

And then I read this morning that actually sweating is actually pretty good for you.

So that's pretty good.

But you still don't change your ceiling fans.
