Well, hello again everyone. I am Dustin West. I am your host today and I am joined at the

table by my good friend John Maygye, Kevin Close, Jenny Lynn Nop, Kathy Whirling, and

back in the production look we have our associate producer Craig Williams.

Like I said earlier, we are going to be discussing some common mistakes that people make on their

Walt Disney World vacation. This is going to be a free flowing conversation. I just read

some of these posts and get everybody's opinion on it. I know that especially Kathy and

John and Kevin working with Dreams Unlimited Travel, you probably interact with a lot of

guests and see some of the issues that come up from time to time and maybe you can spot

some kind of... Our clients are perfect. They none of them can stay. They're all lovely

people. But just keeping that in mind, we can jump right in. I thought this was interesting.

And a lot kind of follow this tone. I don't know how to say this name on the Disboards.

It looks like it's S.I.P.R.E.S. has written, okay, there must be something you did or packed

or bought on your last trip that you would never do again. And this is kind of the opening
