Good Monday.

If you're in Talley, you know it is a gloomy, overcast, rainy Monday.

Feels like it fits perfectly the outlook for Saturday.

Hope I'm wrong.

Every time they suit up, every time they take the field,

every time they strap on that helmet and lace those cleats,

I say, oh, well, I want them to win.

I want them to win.

I just hate this feeling of somewhat indifference.

Tom and I were just talking about it right now, just this sort of, like we're killing time.

Not he and I on the show, but just Florida State football.

Just killing time.

And it is no way to be.

That's no way when you only get 12 of these a year,

playing out the string ain't cool.

Playing out the string is not what you do.

Happens from time to time,

but it's less than ideal and it certainly doesn't inspire.
