1:07.2	In general, one party wins the White House first midterm.
1:11.8	It goes very poorly for that party.
1:14.3	Bill Clinton won the White House in 1992, 1994 historic defeat by Republicans in which
1:21.5	New Gingrich Republican comes to power, a speaker of the house and significantly moves
1:26.4	the Republican party away from Reagan and towards Trump in a story that we've told many
1:32.0	times before.
1:33.6	An exception to this was in 2000 and 2002, George W. Bush Republican winning in 2000.
