Dragon Fruit is not on the healthiest summer fruit list that I'm looking at right now.

Well, because you get the squirts of both ends, apparently, from Dragon Fruit.

Somebody told us there's a few different kinds of Dragon Fruit, and again, Eric on the email is my source here, but yellow dragon fruit is a natural laxative. The red should be fine. I think it's the red that I've had. And I thought it was just... Then he probably had the yellow. Yeah, he might have. Might make sense, so. It doesn't look appetizing with all these seeds in it. And again, the one I had was just, it was super bland. It didn't really have a great flavor. Starfruit is like that. Yeah. I think starfruit kind of has an apple-like taste, too. I've had that before. But it's kind of like bitter. I don't think it's a good taste. There's a little bit of a taste. Yeah. I think the dragon fruit. Sometimes just the original fruits the best. Not the lax of the kind. There's a reason they're the most popular. Reason everybody likes oranges and apples and bananas because they have the best flavor. The other one is, you know, smoothies. They use it in a lot of smoothies. Yeah. Cantaloupe is on this list. Screw can. I'm not a big cow. I could eat a cantalope, but'd rather have watermelon and cantalome, you know. Mango. Mango, apparently, is among the fruits with the most sugar. Yeah. Got the polyphenols and vitamin A. I had some mango water mixed with some vodka, and that was really good. Sounds good. Yeah. It's zero-caller mango water, if I get what the name of the brand. Bizzy water or flat water? It's fizzy. Yeah. Oh, I was watching Liquid Death is now doing cable commercials. Oh, yeah.
