Hey everybody, thanks for checking back in with the Ion College Basketball Podcasts with

CBS Sports.

I am Matt Norlander and we have a preface here before we get to this episode.

You'll notice our kind dear host, Gary Parrish.

His voice sounds a little different or at least the way it's coming through sounds different

and that's because he's talking from a hotel phone and he's talking from a hotel phone

because he's on assignment.

He is in Chicago and he's doing work for CBS Sports.

He's also a MetSpan and he went to Rigley Field on Tuesday night and he's going to

game four here on Wednesday night and as a Cubs fan I just have the utmost hate and envy

for him especially because my Cubs are now down three games to none to his MetSpan.

But that reminds me we never really technically agreed to any terms for a bet so I suppose

I'm feeling okay right now but that's why a GP's voice sounds the way that it does.

We wanted to get you a podcast regardless of how it got done specifically because the

Louisville stuff is so prominent in Tuesday brought about a huge flare up in that so this

is pretty much all Louisville on this podcast next week.

We're going to have a lot of preview stuff that we're getting to in addition to newsworthy

topics as they happen in the buildup to the podcast.
