Yesterday I brought up that fact that there's a guy got hold of me that installs breathalizers.

And remember he said that he knew somebody.

Actually, now I found that's what he did because he said there was a guy with an Apple Watch that rolled a golf cart drunk.

And the Apple Watch called the cops, or 911, excuse me.

And he got a DUI.

And that guy got back to me and said, yes, I'm the largest provider of DUI breathalisers in the Metro. And I've seen about everything. The client rolled the golf cart over and then they put it back. It was still dribble. They rolled it back up on their wheels and they're sitting there laughing and shooting the ass. And the sheriff showed up, gave me DUI on the course. Really? seems wrong it does yeah sure it's a dick that

seems really wrong right he's not driving a car no he's not on a public roadway he's not

public property he's on private property and nobody was hurt it wasn't like ill way killed his

buddy you know nobody was hurt it's wasn't like Elway killed his buddy. Nobody was hurt. It's lame. To get a DUI that way. Because you could do that to every golfer on the court. Everyone is going to blow whatever the limit. Over 0.08. Yes. Certainly. Easily. I mean, that's just, you know, just that's fish in a barrel. That's not fair. No, and the sheriff's a douche, too. Yeah. Especially if the sheriff ever was on a golf course himself. If you ever golfed at all, he should know, come on. That's the, that's where you just go to hang out, man. Yeah, I mean, nobody was hurt. That's crazy.

In defense of the golfer, most people I see on the golf course driving a cart are not drunk.

Many are.

Yeah, that's what people go out to do. I mean, you're just, you golf more, but most people are just like on client trips or tournaments or, you know, all that stuff. But they're all drinking, man. I mean, I think it's lame if they sit, you know, a mile down the road from the golf course. Yeah, well, that'd be stupid. Let alone coming on to the golf course. Yeah, we talked about that at our tournaments, a freight and cops, we used to play further out the highway. Yeah, we'd warn people. They were sitting that way. You'll go that way. Yeah, right. I was told by another sheriff that you can't get a DUI on a horseback per Nebraska law. That'd be kind of funny, too. But I don't understand why. Yeah, I think we've heard stories like that. But those are usually if you're riding on a public road. Right, right. But this is, this was private property. Right, right. And those are old laws that are still probably in the books.
