Florida. I'm your host Pete Warner, joined at the table this week by my good friends, John Meijai,

Kevin Close, Julie Martin, back in the production look, Yui Lui and Dewey, Craig Thompson on the

Oh lord. And of course, very special guest joining us in the studio Dwayne Bevel from the Orlando

Sentinel is here with us. And you know, over the last several months, we have been talking

quite a bit about the various investments that are being made in the theme parks. And I think

right now in the last few years, I think starting with Harry Potter, it's just kind of been this

new age of like mega investment in the parks. And we see really the benefit of competition for,

as far as the, the guest goes, the benefit of competition between universal and Disney,

trying to one up each other with these, with these projects, of course. And we'll see where all

then. We'll see where I think to a lesser degree, I think to a somewhat lesser degree,

sea world. But certainly, you know, you've got Harry Potter and then there's, you know,

now we've got Avatar Land and, you know, Disney by Star Wars for God's sakes. And now there's
