Based on what I just said, in the introduction, Mark, mark I've got to say slowing down or doubling down

or tripling down my man take me through your typical morning schedule which includes co-hosting a

national TV show now and that local radio show in Denver that you have been a part of for so many years

yeah so um I'm up early obviously I'm up at about 4 a.m. every morning and then come in here, we put a show together, do a show live television on FS1 from 810 Eastern, and then I pop right upstairs into this thing they call the office here.

And I've got a radio set up in here, And I do my radio show from 10 to 12 Eastern.

And then a podcast after that, the Stink of Truth podcast.

So, yeah, it's been a tripling down, I think, is what my schedule is.

I've actually moved to New York.

So I still have my home in Colorado.

But I'm living in New York right now.

So I'm not getting a lot of yard work done. But it's been a fun adventure for, you know, for me and for my wife and I. And so

we're enjoying it. And, you know, it's a lot, but it's fun. Plus, I'm doing games on the

weekend. So on top of that, you know, I occasionally go out and do a game on the weekend. So it's very

busy right now. Respect, my brother. Respect. I could not respect it and admire it any more than I do,

but I'm not surprised. All right. So let's just jump right into it really quickly. The Cowboys, Mark,
