All right, here's what the Kiwis are telling me about driving on the left side of the road.

They say, don't get a rental car when you're jet lagged and just, you know, hit a big city.

And we're not doing that.

We're going plane, plane, ferry, train down to Chuck Christchurch and they said go go take some side streets and

kind of practice and get to get the hang of driving on the left side of the

road there's no turning left on red like we can turn right on red in some

intersections here unless otherwise you are running a car then I'm because

yeah yeah because in my buddy in, they had a driver for two weeks, mainly because they drink, and they didn't want to kill anybody on the wrong side of the road, you know, because that's a tough thing. So did the driver just sit in the car while they slept? How did that work? No, no, the driver would pick them up in the morning.

Unless there was, when they got back to the hotel, the hotel was in walking distance of other places. So the driver took them to whatever their, whatever their, they did a lot of castle stuff. They did stuff during the day. And then when they got back to the hotel, they were in these towns in Ireland, there's bars everywhere in pubs. They just walk to those. That's a possibility, too, because we will be like in a central location.

Right.

Eventually when we get into the woods. Yeah, they had one-on retainer for two weeks, and it wasn't cheap. But I understand it. Because I would think to, just instinct would take over. You wouldn't want to be on that side of the road. You'd have to constantly be thinking. Constantly. You have to constantly be thinking about driving, and that is not what most of us do. Apparently, it is marked well enough. There's any number of people who used to live in the U.S. that checked in on this thread and said, no, there's a road. Yeah, they used to live. You're there a week.

Like they just moved there.

And said, you know, it's not as difficult to transition as you think it might be. In a right-hand drive car, are the pedals still on the same side?

Or is the accelerator still on the inside? That's a good point. Well, one guy said guarantee you are, because the right hand car, well least the old mail trucks are on the right side because it's where you drop mail off. The driver is setting closest to the center line. Yeah, I know, but I'm saying the accelerator and the brake pedal are they reversed.
