The International Committee of the Red Cross is coordinating the handover, transporting several Israeli hostages from Gaza to Israeli custody, while Palestinian prisoners are set to be released in return. It started with the transfer of seven hostages and the President arriving to attend the historic event. 1:18.3	My question would be, how come all the people that seem to accept full responsibility only do so when they sign a contract that guarantees them
1:31.4	that they will never have to accept full responsibility.
1:38.6	He's got 48 million full responsibilities.
