which is have this sometimes cathartic, sometimes angry, sometimes measured conversation

about what has to take place next in the midst of another three-game losing

streak, which is absurd.

Florida State, Mike Norville, responsible for six of the 10 three-game losing

streaks had since, what, 81?

I mean, that's a toughie.

That spiral, in effect, is weird.

You know, I got into a conversation with somebody over the weekend

whose own companies been successful

and has had a lot of advice over the years about leadership in general

because I asked the question.

And the question was, why do you think this keeps happening to him?

You know, you have the exception of the undefeated season,

but where the season doesn't play out in a way that watches the program

get better with every passing game, the development gets better with every passing game,

and you crescendo towards the end of the year where you're feeling very good about the level

they're playing at, but rather instead you start really strong and then fall off.
