After a surge in green burials, human composting will soon be legal in Georgia.

That will be the 13th state.

And I want to know the argument against this because, you know, there's some jackasses out there.

First of all, I guess funeral homes probably a big formaldeides against this.

Yeah, big formaldehyde.

But I think sometimes the funeral homes are actually involved in this, too, of the cremation and the composting. So I'm sure a lot of the funeral homes are actually just... Yeah, they may have made the adjustment. The adjustments, right. They'll compost you for a feed. The law that Georgia passed allows these... Pudor homes, another business. Yeah, it allows these places where they do it to be legal now.

Apparently before this, they had to ship the body off to another state where it was legal if you wanted to do this. Now they'll be able to do it in the state of Georgia. So you had to be planted in a different state? Well, they take you to a facility where they do it and then they give you back this nutrient-rich soil.

And then they put you in the garden.
