We've got to talk about the elephant in the room for us right now because we're two

Midwestern chicks who aren't really scared of tornadoes.

No, we have a decent healthy respect for tornadoes.

But we're used to what that's like. And...

Well, they're a part of your life when you grow up in the Midwest. And then you move out to

LA and you have a whole different

experience called the earthquake. Yeah. Yeah. A couple of really really shocking

things I didn't expect from Southern California is that there's a

valet in every gosh darn parking lot that you go to and that's really upsetting

yeah because you don't want to tip that much.

And there's earthquakes, you guys.

There's earthquakes.

This is like, here's the thing about earthquakes.

You never get used to them.

Whereas on some level, especially if you're my parents and

you're growing up in the Midwest and you would hear the tornado whistle go off.

There was like a good 10 seconds where my mom would be like, all right, I guess I'll start the

dishwasher, let's grab the game of uno, let's head down to the basement, everybody's

stay calm, I've got deep freeze of food, we're going to be okay and like you just got used to if you live on a farm you'd probably I've seen them when we lived on our acreage I saw them in the distance but earthquakes feel like a gut punch. There's nothing you can, there's no way to explain it
