Damn, at the top of the hour, came and went, and Florida State still lost a game, maddeningly so. I can't get past it. I'm only allowing for this. Tom, we've got to move on after today. We've got to move on after today. No more wallowing in this game after today. It's on to the next. We've got to be Bill Belichick. So, you know, NFL teams, pro teams have a 24-hour rule.

Yeah. You have a Monday rule? I've got a Monday rule because we have to discuss it. That's when we're on the air. I was able to largely ignore it yesterday. I was able to kind of pay attention to the NFL, watch some, you know, try to watch some other items of the day that I might have, you know, fantasy sports, gambling, all that stuff.

I could distract myself.

But today, got up this morning early, got the coffee going.

Actually opened it up, sat on the deck with my laptop, and watched it. I watched it again. I should have done it. I should have just put it behind me. Should have put it in the rear view and said, guys, I have nothing insightful to say. I think I know what happened. I did a do watch along with Tom there. It was fun, but I couldn't bring myself to watch it again.

But I didn't want to do that to people.

I wanted to make sure I knew what I was looking at, and I did.

I've never seen.

I thought about, you know how in baseball, one of the unique things about baseball,

and Tim Kirchin's great at pointing this out. Every week, there's something that happens in baseball season where you're like, I've never seen that before. I've been watching

baseball for 40 plus years, and I've never seen that happen before. It could be a weird way in

which a triple play was turned. It could be, you know, somebody scores 10 runs in the ninth, you know,

to win a game.
