Okay, what's happening with the Las Vegas attack?

The investigation.

At this point, it's getting harder and harder to know the truth.

This is not helpful.

The first timeline given for the attack, given by police, goes like this.

10-5, Stephen Pattick begins firing from his hotel room on the 32nd floor.

10-15, Pattick stops shooting.

10-17, police arrive on the 32nd floor in counter security guard, uh, uh, uh, campus,

who had been shot, uh, through the door by Pattick.

Clark County Sheriff, Joel Lombardo explained last Wednesday.

Pattick stopped firing when he saw that the security guard was at his door because he

was, quote, in fear that he was about to be breached.

So he was doing everything possible to figure out how to escape at that point.

Okay, that's the story, right?

Yeah, uh, until yesterday, because that's not the story.

It all changed yesterday.

The new timeline released by police says that the security guard encountered Pattick before

he started shooting.

Campus arrived at Pattick's room at 9.59 because he heard a drilling sound coming from inside.

Pattick then shot him through the door, then broke out the windows and started firing at

10-05.
