And we begin with no mobile left behind. In just a few hours, yours and every other cell phone in the country will Blair in

unison. Today's the day FEMA the Federal Emergency Management Agency will try out

its first ever presidential text alert.

The test is set for 2-18 this afternoon, East Coast time,

11-18 this morning in the West.

The system is designed to allow President Trump or any

president after him to notify Americans all at once of a significant event.

At this point there is no opt-out option. The cell phone test will be followed with

alerts on radio and television.

The Carolinas just can't catch a break.

First, it was Hurricane Florence.

Then it was the flooding she left behind.

And now residents there are being overrun

by mutant-sized mosquitoes, a full 20 times bigger than normal.

They're called golly nippers. The area has seen them before, just not so many at once.

The standing water and hot weather apparently caused

their eggs to hatch all at the same time. Locals are calling it a mosquito

apocalypse and say when the mega-sized insects touched down it feels like a bird is

landing on you and the bite oh yeah you'll feel that too because these golly

nippers reportedly can bite through two layers of clothes pretty easily.
