Pat Fulton, Ryan Sherber, Liz Anderson, and Eric Anderson.

In this episode, we're going to talk about the Tower of Terror 10K Marathon.

Do I have that name right?

10 Mylar.

10 Mylar, 10K, whatever.

Ryan and Pat and Liz and Eric all ran the race just last night.

And it was the first Disney race for all four of you.

Correct?

Yes.

And so someone who knows nothing about, you know, look, I pay no attention to running unless it's running for like the bathroom or food.

So what was this process like, take me through, you know, getting ready for it in terms of training, signing up for it, what were your expectations going into it?

What do you think of it now that you've actually done it?

I think everyone's kind of come to this from a different standpoint.

We've all chose to run for different reasons.

And all of our trainings just in talking between the four of us have all been different in just what we've gone through.

I know I wanted to do it because I haven't done a race before.

You know, I knew it was going to be down here this week in any way.

So if you're, you know what, just bite the bull and do it.

And I just started running and they provide a lot of great plans from Jeff Galloway, who is kind of the coordinator for Run Disney.
