and I am joined today by the founder of Win Make Give, Ben Kinney.

Now, Ben, many people will learn when make give as this podcast.

Other people might know it as an event they've attended in the past,

and somebody who works at one of your companies would know it as the vision of your company. They would live this all the time.

Yet no one, to my knowledge, has sat down and asked you. You came up with these words, you

put them together. What does Win Win make Give mean to you? Let's start with win.

Yeah, absolutely. You know, we came up with this concept of

win make give first as a vision statement for our companies and each one of those

words when make give and and do good mean something to us and we found that a lot of people bought into this idea that they also

wanted to win they also wanted to make they also wanted to give and of course they

wanted they wanted to do good so as you asked first right off the bat what is when? When is

is becoming the person that our dreams require. Winning is is living up to

our potential and one of my greatest fears has been for a long time

that I might not live up to my potential.

And by doing so, I'll let the people in my world down.

And we don't want that to happen.

It's not about becoming number one.
