We're going to really quickly tell you a little bit about what it's going to be about, what we're all about, and why you should listen. So first and foremost, we have a passion for helping people. So if you are someone who wants to be fitter, healthier, or happier, These are all three of the things we really want to cover with this podcast. |

So our goal is to make it so easy for you in every single podcast. We want to give you at least three to five tangibles that you can apply to your life right away. And that's it. We find there's a lot of marketing. There's a lot of noise. And there's a lot of nonsense and fitness. And people are selling out, taking deals, all those things. And we really just want to give you, you know, the black and white of what you need to do, why it's important. And the way we're going to do that |

We're not going to be selling you any gimmicks. We're going to be very honest. We're very honest with all of our clients as well. And that's what we do.
