TOM COLLINS RECIPE

Gin - 1.5oz/45ml
Lemon Juice - 1oz/30ml
Simple Syrup - .5oz/15ml
Soda Water - 2oz/60ml

Pour all ingredients directly into highball filled with ice. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon slice and maraschino cherry.
