Why do people share the gospel?

I'd love to say that everyone who speaks the name of Jesus does so for honorable reasons but you

know sadly we all know that isn't always the case is it? Well today on through the

Bible Dr. J. Verna McGee leads us through the first seven verses of First

Thessalonians too, where we're going to look at what motivated

Paul to share the gospel.

And it's a good prompt for every follower of Jesus Christ.

Paul didn't want money or to be famous. His motives were genuine. In keeping

with what motivates through the Bible to share the Gospel, we welcome Greg Harris to the studio

today to answer the question, why is through the Bible committed to sharing the

gospel with the world. Well so many ways we could answer that but the simplest

for me is it's the truth. Yes it's the truth about mankind and what's wrong with the world and what what we

need to be made right with God and eternity it has everything to do with

reality and we all know we're living in a world that just

feels like it's it's lost its mind right yeah and the gospel is the truth yeah I

also think that there is no other way to get to God but through his son Jesus Christ.

So it is a very narrow door, it is an exclusive door.

We are not universalists.

We are exclusively accessing God

through the finished work of Jesus Christ.
