Yeah, who would have thought this freaking book would be so long?

I thought it was just like a little booklet or whatever.

I didn't know it was just pages and pages.

And I'd be curious.

I think I've said it before, but how short you could make it

if you just distilled it into its bare essentials

and its bare necessities.

And just took out all the repetition and everything.

Probably be, by now, it'd be like 30 pages.

I think I'm on page, let's see.

Mine, I'm on page 154 now after this reading out of 602.

So that's just about exactly a quarter of the way done.

Oh, God, that's what we're up against.

I think that's just the reason that, one of the many reasons that religion stays so strong.

I mean, how do you combat a book that is just so long? There's no,

even if it was just gibberish, which it is, I mean, like, if it was just random words,

how do you refute all of that book, you know, like how do you, I don't know, anyway.

All right, we're on 1st Samuel, chapter 16. This is a good little reading here.
