Super grateful to have you here on this 23rd day of January.

Hope it's finding you with peace and I just want to pray for someone who is overwhelmed with stress right now and panic.

Lord Jesus, I pray for my friend who is stressed out and panicking and can't seem to calm their heart rate down.

I pray that you would be the one who calms their heart rate down.

You would be the one who speaks life over them.

Thank you that you rejoice over them with singing.

Thank you that you carry their burdens.

And I pray you just give them the words to say and the surrenders to do to just give you all the things

that are bothering and boiling within today. I pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus.

Amen. All right. I'm going to be reading from 1st Peter chapter 3 in the World English Bible,

and this is what it says. In the same way, wives be in subjection to your own

husband so that even if in any don't obey the word, they may be won by the behavior of their

wives without a word, seeing your pure behavior in fear. Let your beauty come not from the outward

adorning of braiding of your hair and of wearing gold ornaments or putting on fine clothing,

but from the hidden person of the heart in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit,

which is very precious in God's sight. For this is how in the past the holy women who hoped in God also adorn themselves, being in

subjection to their own husbands.

So Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him Lord, whose children you now are if you do well, and are

not put in fear by any terror.
