Hello and welcome in. It's always college football. I'm your host, Greg McElroy. So happy to have you here with us as we continue to move forward in spring football.

We've done a great breakdown of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. We've done the SEC. Now we have to move to the Buckeyes. We are going to have a show

dedicated to Ohio State. You'll notice the teams that we feel really, really good about.

We're going to do entire shows dedicated to those teams throughout the offseason. Well,

today is our day to break down the Buckeyes. So much to love about this roster.

So much to love about the staff.

So much to love about everything.

I mean, this is a legitimate national title contender every year.

But some years it's like, okay, maybe they are even just a cut above of what they're usually

are, which says a lot, given some of the personnel departures

off last year's team, the defensive side, the off side lost stars, no problem, doesn't matter,

next man up mentality there in Columbus, Ohio. We're going to visit with Ryan Day today.

Ask them about the new staffing dynamics a little bit, what Arthur Smith is going to do to their

offense, retaining Matt Patricia, how important that was. Talk about some competitions. Talk

about how his quarterback in Julian Sand, how he's grown, how he's evolved, the depth and the

talent and the riches of the wide receiver core.

What's going on with the depth that running back right now?

They've had to deal with a couple issues there from an injury standpoint.

And then how do you replace some of those key pieces on defense that meant so much to your

roster last year?
