Good tray how are you appreciate you all having me I'm doing real good

pronunciation I nailed that right yes yeah the why is never confused people so

absolutely it does especially dumb sports riders like myself you are a man of

mystery and I'm very happy to be able to talk to you today thank you for

dedicating the time now Derek you are the General Manager of Personnel I don't

want to get too off of Spacey on you right now but what does that mean for the

layman what are you doing yeah lucky enough to be brought in here in February

and kind of the way college football is going with the evolving rules and what

recruiting in personnel and evaluations are turning into just my jobs to make

sure I'm always have eyes on our roster and how we can constantly improve that

in through any means whether that be traditional high school recruiting

Juco's transfers prep schools and then most importantly hit on the transfers

earlier but the portal because the portal is ever changing and just to build a

department to collect as much information on the front end because you never know

when you might not when you might need it again to come back on and use that

information so yeah we might not get someone right out of high school but a

year and a half later we want to have all that background information available

to us to where we can make the right decisions especially when it's in a
