Today I welcome to the program a guest who is very well known in the cricket world.

A glorious and exquisite batsman, a handy medium pace and spin bowler, and still the finest slips catcher the game has ever seen.

He won everything from the World Cup to Multiple Ashes Series and had a huge hand in Australia recapturing the Frank Warrell trophy after almost 20 years in West Indian keeping. A Hall of Famer who made about the same amount of runs in both test cricket and the one day game in all scoring

over 16,000 for his country and he even registered a fifer as a bowler in both forms of the game,

cementing himself as one of the most versatile cricketers in history. And he did it all while having the best hair in the dressing room throughout his entire career. And he joins me on the line from Central Coast New South Wales right now. He is Mark Waugh. Mark, welcome to the No Dunks podcast. Exactly. Yeah, that was a good introduction. Not sure about the best hair in the dressing room, but we'll take that.

I don't know if that's a compliment or not, but I did have a pretty good mullet there when I first started playing for Australia. Yeah, well, I think it was the style, wasn't it, in the late 80s, early 90s. Everyone kind of had one, really. Yeah, if you didn't have a mullet, you weren't up to speed. So now I just copied everyone else and thought I looked okay at the time.

Looking back, it probably wasn't the best hair. At least I had some hair then. It's sort of thinned out quite a bit since that. Is that right? Yeah. Well, look, in preparing for this, Mark, look, I followed your career very closely anyway. And I listened to a few other podcasts you've been on
