Inman, the headline is, is over-the-top luxury real estate coming back into style? Well, the sales

figures and marketing coming out over the last several months do suggest this a recent Douglas

Ellman report found that sales in Manhattan of Manhattan apartments are up

150% go Manhattan on the comeback topping a 1.9 billion and rising 12% in

average prices luxury sales are also up 61% in Portland and in West Palm Beach, for example.

So the point of it is, and Julie, I sent you all these summaries of all these,

essentially all this positive housing news is because you and I are trying to counterbalance

a lot of the Mickey Mouse that's out there with regards to negative housing news.
