because as I wrote on Twitter last night,

I said with the way things are going, Steepi Meochit is going to win that heavyweight championship,

which is what he did.

That I poked definitely compromise Cormier, but I don't think he would have won the fight anyway, and, you know, Nick Kaleikas was right.

The later the fight went, Steepay in the over was the way to bet it and or Cormmye in the under and since it did not go under once it got

past the two and a half round mark I wasn't feeling very good about dany or cormye

winning and look I'm a big believer in you have to take the belt from a champion

You can't just hope that the judges are going to wind up giving it to you and I thought Daniel Cormier's output wasn't nearly enough.

And for the second straight fight,

he simply just did not have the gas tank

to take down Steepay.

And look, he announced after the fight that he is done.

He is retiring from mixed martial arts. And I think that's the right move for him

I think walking away is the best thing for him even though he is going out a loser he had an

incredible career one of the best we've ever seen in the octagon but father time's

undefeated and father time really really caught up in the co-main event we had one of the

more flukeer things that I've ever seen in a big fight for a highly thought of prospect in Sugar Sean

O'Malley who popped his a.C. L. reportedly and could not fight Cheetovera and wound up getting knocked out. I thought it was a quick stoppage. He was
