But this is an explicit statement in the scripture where the author of Kings is presenting

a biblical character, Solomon, making a statement that is profound in its systematic theological

ramifications.

Because if it's the case that heaven and the highest heaven cannot contain God. Well, this has immediately clear implications,

such as there's a distinction between the creator.
