Hi friends, welcome to the Sesh, where your host Kendall Ray and Jnell, and we are cousins

and also have been best friends for our entire lives.

You may know us from Mile Higher Podcast where we talk about true crime, conspiracy, paranormal

things such as aliens and ghosts, but this show is going to be a little different.

We may talk about those topics from time to time, but we also are interested in a variety

of other topics such as current events, personal topics such as mental health, telling personal

stories from our lives growing up together, and giving advice to our listeners.

Astrology and spirituality, and we also have some less serious episodes where we play games,

react to viral things on the internet.

We're going to even try and cook some things, maybe do a little crafting here and there,

which we're not too good at those things.

So it could be very interesting.

But the bottom line is we really just want to have fun on this show.

We hope that the show evolves with you guys and hearing your feedback about what you like

to see, and we also hope to have some guests on the show in the future as well.

Each episode will drop every Sunday on the platform where you usually listen to your

podcasts, and we will also be putting a visual video version on YouTube.
