No. And I'm your host, Kristen Carney, along with our other host, Stevie Ryan.

We're going to be talking about depression.

And this is our first episode.

So we don't really know what we're doing exactly right now.

We're just kind of figuring it out. We're doing it together. We're just going to go balls into this. And we're doing exactly right now. We're just kind of figuring it out.

But we're going to talk about depression, anxiety, mental illness, all of those wonderful things that we both suffer from.

Yeah.

And what I think is really funny is that the both of us right now are wearing mock turtlenecks which I think is the number

one sign for depression a mock turtle neck do you want to know that I own lots of mock turtle

they're my favorite it's like never mock anyone in a mock turtleneck no because there's something

deep going on there's something deeply seated that's not right with that.

Because it's like the turtleneck is like, that person's a murderer.

But then the mock turtleneck, that person's like, we're just emotional.

But here's the thing with mine, it's long sleeve.

So I feel like it's a little more murdery.
