arman's got a little more cross-fit experience than I do coming from his

background uh... army you you are you are you certified exactly I am yeah what

are you what level are you and I'm currently level one certified you're level

one in in what is it a scintology I mean cross fit you level one they let you go to the

first floor of the building yeah only cost a thousand dollars I am not

certified but I'm a crossfit fan I'm a comedian also stand-up comedian if any of you're listening you might find me I've got specials on Comedy Central and done shows on everything from NBC Comedy Central Showtime you know it I got credits I got credits. I'm big time on the comedy circuit.

I travel around the world doing stand-up and weirdly the last couple years have gotten into this weird

fucking cross-fit thing and I do it and Armin I came across you because of your

your blog what is your blog that you have the naked crossfitter yeah the naked crossfitter

which a friend of mine led me on to because I'm kind of a cynic as much as I do

crossfit every day I I make fun of it a lot also and I've made some videos on

crossfit that you might have seen the the fat guy that's doing the he's the 2011 Cross Fit champion and then the dog fit video.

I just you know I find humor in everything I do and especially people that measure their

jumper ups and still weigh 230 pounds and are 5-8.

It's also important how, what type of shoes they have too.
