Welcome to Searchlight, a survey through Scripture with Pastor John Corson.

It is our desire to bring you a systematic study of the entire Bible, chapter by chapter, book by book.

On our last Searchlight program, we began exploring what it means to be a carnal Christian. Our study is from

1 Corinthians chapter 3, where the Apostle Paul is addressing the church at Corinth. The people

in the church at Corinth were saved, but they were also people who were allowing their fleshly

desires to dominate them. Last time we learned that one of the signs of being carnal is

that you no longer have an appetite for the meat of the word.

Let's now join Pastor John as we consider more aspects of being carnal.

Paul here tells these at Corinth, back to our text.

He says, man, you cannot take the meat.

You're not able to bear it.

You can't digest it.
