1:07.1	Bible bender for me. I cringed when we got to Leviticus thinking it was going to be this
1:11.9	long list of irrelevant laws, but I learned that every one of them had a purpose for Israel,
1:17.2	and it leads us into why we need a savior, Jesus. Well, in this season, Chronicles is nothing
1:23.4	like Leviticus in content, but they are alike in that not a lot of people have read them.
1:29.1	And like Leviticus, Chronicles has a special purpose and message that play a role in the bigger
1:33.9	story. You see, at the time the author is writing, Israel has come to a very difficult place.
1:39.5	After two books about kings, we are back to zero. Israel has no king. What has become of all of God's
1:47.8	promises? Where is David's successor? Who is going to save them? It looks bad. But God has a
1:54.9	plan and he has from the beginning. And the author of Chronicles knows it. He just has to convince the people of it. And that is his
