This is Handel on the Law, Marginal Legal Advice, where I tell you you have absolutely no case.

I have told you over the years about class action lawsuits. People

call me, go, I want to class action lawsuit. I go, no, you don't. Why? Well, because I want to

make sure everybody else is taken care of. Really, you're going to sue, you sue on your own behalf.

Now, there are class action lawsuits that are pretty legitimate

that an entire class of people have really been screwed. For example, you've got these super

fund areas, super cleanup funds where people have gotten cancer, for example, or an increase

in leukemia. And those are class actions and those really have some legs.

But then you have the class actions that I think it was, what is it, either Kellogg's or another

national brand of cereal, they got sued. And it worked because 14 ounces of cereal. They didn't say

buy weight only and cereal tends to settle. And they got sued saying you misrepresented because you say 14 ounces in terms of volume.

Well, class action suit and that nailed, I think it was, was it American cereal?

I don't remember the company anyway.

So here is a class action that has been filed.

And what happened was consumer reports came out last month and talked about Trader Joe's suing their dark

chocolate. They have their own brand of dark chocolate.
