The bipartisan committee investigating the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol held its first

hearing on Tuesday, where two DC police officers and two Capitol police officers delivered

incredibly moving and sometimes horrifying testimony about the domestic terrorists who

violently assaulted them while attempting to stop Congress from certifying the election.

Here's some of that testimony as well as a reaction from one of the two Republicans on the

committee, Adam Kinzinger, and just so you all know, there is some incredibly upsetting

language in these clips, but we thought it was very important to play them. So just

wanted to give everyone that warning before we start.
