Joshua, chapter 1, verse 8,

This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth,

but you shall meditate on it day and night,

so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it.

For then you will make your way prosperous,

and then you will have good success.

It's so hard to choose one verse to pray

according to here in Joshua, chapter 1,

in each of these verses, particularly in the beginning, verses 5 through 9.

God's promises to Joshua, but the reason I choose verse 8

and want to lead us to pray according to it is because

it says at the end, the key to prosperity and success in life.

Now, keep in mind, when we read prosperity and success,

this is the best kind of prosperity.

And the best kind of success is not a worldly picture of prosperity,

a worldly picture of success.

This is good success, right success,

that which matters most in this world and in eternity.

Prosperity that will never ever end.
