0:39.6	We will say things. We will write things. We will do things. We will think things. We will
0:44.9	desire things. We will walk in a certain way in a certain path today. And the Psalmist is saying,
0:51.2	commit that way to the Lord. Like say, Lord, I want you to be honored and glorified in the way
1:01.7	I walk in and the path I take in every thought that I have and every desire that I possess and
1:08.1	every word that I say and every single thing that I write, I commit my way to you. And I trust
1:17.2	in you. So commit your way to the Lord. Trust in him. Trust in him because you know his way is
1:23.2	good. His way is best. You want to walk in his ways. God make my ways your ways. So I trust in
1:31.0	you. Like this is the essence of what it means to worship God. What it means to be a follower of
1:37.1	Jesus is to trust in him. Because this is what sin is, right? Not trusting in him,
1:42.1	turning from his ways to our own ways. And so trusting in him is saying, I want to follow your
1:47.2	ways. I want every thought I have and desire to possess and word I say and thing I write and
1:52.4	every decision I make, everything I do. I want to glorify you in it. I want to obey you in it.
1:59.6	I'm trusting in you that your ways are better than my ways. And then verse five says,
2:04.6	commit your way to the Lord. Trust in him and he will act. You know, like wait a second. This whole
2:11.5	verse was about what I'm doing, committing my way to God and trusting in him. But verse five says
2:17.2	he will act. And this is the beauty. This is the beauty of what we see all over the Bibles in a sense
2:24.1	so much of the essence of Christianity. What it means to be a follower of Jesus. The only way
