When the son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

Lord, I believe, help thou mine unbelief.

May our testimonies my unbelief.

May our testimonies be as deep and strong as that of Jacob,

I'm Jared Halverson and today we are reuniting with an old friend.

We get to study the letters of John today, along with Jude, who we haven't met but it's been

a while since we've been able to spend time with John John the beloved John the

revelator that will spend the last three weeks of our year on in the book of revelation starting next week

John who gave us the gospel of John with all of its soaring Christology when we

spent a good chunk of time in his book at the beginning of our year.

We came to understand his approach to Jesus is one emphasizing the divinity of Christ.

Christ himself is a proven contrary where it is it is

God and man it is divinity and humanity. But John chooses to emphasize the

divinity of Jesus and as we studied then in the gospel, so much of what

John was emphasizing were things that were different than what Matthew, Mark, and Luke

did. Those three were the synoptics, those that saw together, synoptic. But John did his own thing and emphasized areas

of Christ's ministry that he felt were most important. And that should tell us something,

especially as we as we
