And I want to talk to you right now about something that if you have not taken out a loan

in a while or you're taking out a mortgage for the first time or you're doing a refinance,

there is a shift going on right now in the mortgage industry that creeps out a lot of people

that are older and is the only way it should have been done to people that are younger

taking out their first mortgage.

And that is instead of you having, let me first say this for people who've never taken

out a mortgage.

Historically, the way mortgages are done and refies are done is pretty much like they

were done in 1965.
