and intense physical exertion. Usually it's guys who don't have an exercise program at all.

No, I've been shoveling for 20. I've been shoveling a long time. So I realize I still do it because I do work out. But that doesn't mean. But are you in shoveling shape? Well, you don't do that exercise much. No, you don't. You know, I mean, I'm surprised my back wasn't sore right now.

And I don't know what you could do at the gym to replicate shoveling. Well, shoveling just blows. How about just go to the gym and work out and avoid shoveling altogether? I'd rather bust my ass in the gym than bust my ass in the driveway. I'm telling you, you got to train for it. Yeah. A lot of hammies. Hammy, hamstrings, glutes, low back.

See, that's what a lot of people don't.

but if it's cold pretty good chance the snow is going to be dry. Yeah. Not all wet and weigh a whole bunch more. Sun makes it hard, though. The difference between... Sun hits my driveway and it made it hard. A shovel full of wet snow and a shovel full of dry snow is probably quite a few pounds. It would have taken me... It would have taken me longer to put on all the clothing to go out and deal with it than it would to go out and just sweep away all that little snow.
